I am a fluent Hispanic American Voice Over Actress based in New York. I am a positive, fun, vivacious and an adventurous "can & will do" type of gal. My approach in and out of the booth is professional, easily coachable, and approachable.
My voice category is a “youthful” adult female in the age range of 25-50, friendly, gal next door. It is natural, gentle, warm but can be sophisticated & sultry. You can count on me to provide a big range of emotions and delivery perfect for your creative pieces.
My prior work experience was in the Culinary industry as a Chef & Instructor for 10 years. I am well versed in all cuisines, techniques, processes and recipe making instruction. Thereafter, in the Insurance field for 10 years. I am well versed in insurance coverages, phrases, processes, rating training modules, CRM tutorial videos and overall insurance industry lingo.
Personally, I am an avid reader, music, pod cast/narration fan, nature enthusiast and of course an excellent cook! Growing up, I read A LOT, read out loud and mimicked radio and TV commercials which drove my family bananas especially on our long road trips.
I love being transported into a story, a movie or an idea. I’ve dreamed Acting but not TV but didn't know it could be possible until I learned about the world of VO. My hope is to also work in Audio Description Services. My grandfather lost his vision when I was young. I used to sit and watch TV with him describing all the scenes and actions happening on the screen and read to him daily. VO and AD is near and dear to my heart because of him. I have volunteered for Guiding Eyes for the Blind for several years now. Now that I've completed Such A Voice's, VO program, I am continuing my VO education and practices via coaching, Improv and acting classes. I have built up my chops to follow my dream...to be a bilingual Voice Over AD creative.
I work out of my home sound proofed studio using AudioBox 96, Audio-Technica AT2020; Cardioid Condenser Mic, ATH-M40 headphones and Studio One 6 Artist and Audacity audio software. I can provide both WAV and MP3 format recordings but if you need something other than that, I will make it happen. I can deliver within 24 hours for projects under 150 words.
