HI, THERE...

My goal and desire is to be the best possible voice for your project now and in the future.

BACKGROUND:

Born and raised into late adolescence in the South Bay of Los Angeles during the 1970s and '80s, I was (and still am, as it turns out) a child of a single mother, partly raised by my maternal grandparents while they were still with us.  My acting experience goes back decades to an adaptation of, that's right, Shakespeare's "Taming of the Shrew"... in primary school.

After high school, in the '90s and '00s, I made my way through college across Middle America.   I acted in local and regional theatre, in live theme park VR performance, in touring choirs and smaller vocal ensembles, as well as in small student, educational, and industrial films.  Eventually, I found voiceover and never really looked back since.

In the 2010s onward, I started to reestablished roots in my original stomping grounds and to help look after aging family; which I still do today.  As for most of us, life has taught me lessons as much beautiful as profoundly challenging that keep on teaching; particularly one marriage (check) and one divorce (check).  All of it has provided a deep well from which I can draw choices for performance as well as daily life.

WORKING TOGETHER:

I'm gratified that I've been told I have and can provide a friendly and trustworthy nature and voice that's as much paternal, silly, serious, and/or sarcastic as a project may require, and is as well-suited for commercials, narration, as for animation or video games.

My voice as much as my personal conviction are built on honesty, integrity, empathy, and fairness which allows me to connect with both clients and characters, see their flaws within myself, and celebrate their successes as I do my own.

I strive to understand clients' needs to ensure that I deliver the best possible performance for a mutually beneficial end. 

Whether you need a comfortable and inviting or an authoritative voice, I aim to help bring your script to life as well and as timely as possible.

MY HOME STUDIO:

…includes an acoustically treated recording space, a VO: 1-A MXL condenser microphone, M-Audio MobilePre USB Preamp & Audio Interface, and Audacity DAW.  I'm also comfortably equipped with messaging platforms including Zoom, Skype, and MS Teams, on a Windows 11 PC.  I've also access to Source Elements' Source-Nexus Free (formerly Source-Connect Now).

These factors help me provide you quality recordings with a quick turnaround time, making the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
