VoiceActor.com can be connected to email service from Google Workspace or
Microsoft 365 Exchange.
****Note:
It is not required you have a business email address attached to your domain and website. You may use your gmail, live, etc. if you’d like.
However, having a business email address will look more professional overall and help you establish credibility within your VO business.

Great news! If you have one and use platforms such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we can connect it to your website with MX records.
Mail Exchange (MX) records are DNS(domain name server) records that are necessary for delivering email to your address. MX records are used to tell the world which mail servers accept incoming mail for your domain and where emails sent to your domain should be routed to.
Connecting your email
You can simply submit a Support Request via your account dashboard and we will be happy to help you get your email service connected to your voiceactor.com account.
If you are comfortable setting it up yourself and adding the MX records, you will simply add the records to the page shown below or go to the DNS Zone Records setting to edit or make any changes.
