How do I register a domain name if I don’t already have one?
You can register your domain at any domain registrar and use it with voiceactor.com. If you are looking for a suggestion, we love working with Upper Level.

A domain name registrar is a company that allows you to register a domain name. For example, yourname.com. You can then point the domain name to where your website is built and hosted.

A domain name is the address that a user types into a web browser to navigate to a particular website. For example, JohnSmithVoiceOver.com could be your domain if your name was John Smith!
How do I point my domain name to voiceactor.com?
The voiceactor.com Name Servers to connect your domain name are:

You will need to log into your registrar and point your domain to the voiceactor.com DNS. Each registrar is a little different and our support team can help you with the process. Below are example instructions for GoDaddy.
Log in to your GoDaddy Domain Control Center.
In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name.
Select My Products from the dropdown menu.
Under the Domains section, you should see your domain listed.
Locate your domain name from that section, then click the DNS button.
Scroll down to the Nameservers section.
Click Change.
Choose the option Enter my own nameservers (advanced).
On the next page, enter the voiceactor.com name servers.
ns1.voiceactor.com
ns2.voiceactor.com
Click Save or Connect to finalize the changes. You may receive a verification email to confirm the change.
Once confirmed, you can now see your updates by logging back into your GoDaddy account and navigating to the Nameservers section again.
Your name servers will now need to propagate which can take up to 24 to 48 hours.

How can I get email services?
We support connecting email services from Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365. You can simply submit a support request via your account dashboard and we will be happy to help you get your email service connected to your voiceactor.com account.
Do you offer free trials?
You can create a free account any time and use it with your free website url. To use your website with your own domain name requires a paid account.
What is my free website URL?
All accounts on voiceactor.com come with a free website that can be accessed at https://voiceactor.com/site/yourusername. Paid accounts let you also connect your own domain name to your website.
How do I upgrade to a premium account?
Simply click on the upgrade notice on the upper right side of your account dashboard or go to “Settings > Billing”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can simply submit a support request via your account dashboard.
