WIX Edit A record to connect your domain

Log In to Wix
- Go to the Wix website and log in to your account.
Access Your Dashboard
- From your Wix dashboard, select the site you want to edit.
Navigate to Domain Management
- Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
- Select Domains.
Select Your Domain
- Find and click on the domain name you wish to edit.
Manage DNS Records
- Look for an option like DNS Records or Manage DNS.
- Click on it to view your current DNS records.
Locate the A Record to Edit
- Scroll through the list to find the A record you want to change.
Edit the A Record
- Click on the A record you wish to edit.
- Update the IP address or any other relevant information. ( IP address to use: 172.104.212.39 )
Save Changes
- After making your changes, ensure you click Save to confirm the updates.
Verify the Changes
- Allow some time for DNS propagation (which can take a few minutes to 48 hours).
- Use a DNS lookup tool to confirm that the A record has been updated correctly.

Propagation Time: Be aware that DNS changes may take some time to propagate across the internet.
Backup DNS Settings: Consider taking a screenshot of your current settings before making changes.
